Study on Inhibition Range of Liquefaction of Saturated Sand by Load Using a Shaking Table Test

As a novel, renewable, and efficient source of energy, offshore wind power has attracted many scholars across the globe. Studies show that significantly enhances liquefaction resistance marine saturated sand foundations exposed to seismic waves as loads. In present study, series shaking table tests were conducted study load-induced enhancement sand. To this end, excess pore pressures soil mass at different buried depths monitored in real time variations analyzed. Moreover, constant was proposed its influencing range quantified. The obtained results demonstrated load inhibits near-end area, while it facilitates far-end area. It is found under depth zero two times diameter, increases linearly with value. Furthermore, vertical inhibition lateral wall end 2.55 2.36 greater than respectively. provides basis liquefaction, which significant importance for development optimization farms.
